Q: What consultation & exercise programs are run at Intelect Care Health and Fitness?
A: A wide range of programs are available, to suit all needs and standards. Below are some of the programs offered at intellect care. Nutrition advice for Children, Adult & Pregnants; Personalized Fitness Plan (Personal Training); Personalized Diet Plan; Meal Planning.
Q: What times are consultation and exercise programs at Intelect Care?
A: You will find a current timetable of all programs on the section of the website Time table. Alternatively call our office for booking.
A: Some popular classes may require booking for entry. These classes will be marked on the timetable. Your club will have its own booking system, so it is advisable to check with reception to find out which system it operates.
Q: What should I wear?
A: For high-impact classes such as aerobics and step it is advisable to wear supportive trainers with non-marking soles.
Q: Should I bring a drink into the program with me?
A: It is really important to keep hydrated whilst working out, particularly during energetic exercises. It is far more convenient to bring a water bottle with you, so you can sip water during your exercuse.
Using The Gym
Q: Do I need to book before i strart training?
A: If you're interested in using the gym, you should book a Gym before you start. We will examine you by asking some questions about your exercise and health history. Once your goals have been established, your instructor will write your fitness programme and take you through it step by step.
Q: How should I prepare for my exercise?
A: Prior to your appointment please avoid - eating for 1 hour - smoking - drinking coffee/tea or cola for 2 hours - exercising or any form of physical activity - consuming alcohol on the day
Q: How can I lose weight?
A: Our program offer Personal Training and Consultation packages. Call our office for booking so that you can Come and chat to one of our consultants who will be happy to explain how they can help you achieve your goals with the minimum fuss and time.
